The Satsang accident case was heard on December 21 in the court of Hathras Sessions Judge Satendra Kumar. The defense counsel argued the charges in the Sessions Court, but his arguments could not be completed. The court has fixed January 4 as the next date for hearing in this case.

It is noteworthy that 121 people were killed in a stampede during the satsang organized by Surajpal alias Narayan Sakar Hari in village Phulrai Mughalgarhi of Sikandrarau tehsil on July 2. About 250 people were injured in this. The police have filed a 3200-page chargesheet in the court against 11 accused in this case. The police have produced 676 witnesses in this case.
Apart from the main accused Devprakash Mudhkar, the police have made Megh Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Manju Devi, Manju Yadav, Ram Ladete, Upendra Singh, Sanju Kumar, Ramprakash Shakya, Durvesh Kumar, Dalveer Singh accused in this case. This case is pending in the court of Sessions Judge Satendra Kumar. The accused appeared in the sessions court on 21 December. Defense advocate AP Singh argued the charges. AP Singh’s debate on 21 December could not be completed. The defense counsel’s arguments are continuing in this case.
